This sessions will be hands-on. Please bring your computer.
Participants will learn how to identify the root causes of students' academic and behavioral needs and how to effectively address these needs through explicit instruction.
Using task analysis to gain a better understanding of writing “task- based” goals versus “skill based” goals, and using that to drive better outcomes for students.
Participants will learn how a student's disability impacts learning and access to the curriculum and how to translate that understanding into targeted instruction.
